Registration

Registration for the Training school is now open. Please use the registration form to register. Note that you are not registered at the training school until you have also paid the registration fee.

Registration fees

Registration fee includes access to all lectures and exercises, hand-outs, coffee breaks and lunches, as well as Welcome reception, School social dinner, and a Student picnic. All fees are subject to an additional 25% value added tax (VAT). (Mid Sweden University has VAT-number: SE202100452401)

Early bird registration

Early bird registration is due April 30 2018, by which fees shall be paid.

  • SPS student member 2950 SEK
  • Non-SPS student: 4400 SEK
  • Non-student SPS member 11750 SEK for all days; 8800 SEK for one day
  • Non-student, Non-SPS member: 17650 SEK for all days; 13200 SEK for one day

Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) in the ETN-FPI have their registration fee funded by the network. ESRs must register to confirm their attendance.

Late registration

As of May 1 2018, the registration fee increases by 20 %. Please note that if you register late for the Summer School, we can’t guarantee a ticket for the boat trip (school dinner May 30).

Payment Methods

You can pay the registration fee with PayPal or by bank transfer. You will receive an e-mail with instructions after shortly after your registration.

Visa Requests

Participants who need a Swedish visa to attend the conference, should address their requests for a letter of invitation to the registration chair (Annika Berggren).
Please provide the following information:

  • Full name as in passport
  • Nationality
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Passport number.

The registration fee should be paid before requesting letter of invitation.
