Take advantage of the opportunity to join for dinner in the city center of Kiel, have a beer in the famous brewery at the old town market, or take a stroll along the Kiellinie seaside promenade.<\/p>\n<h2>Kick-Off Activity<\/h2>\n<p>On Monday evening we will join for some bowling in <strong>Rick&#8217;s Caf\u00e9<\/strong> near the University to conclude the first evening together. We will meet there at 18:00 to have dinner first. Then several bowling lanes are reserved for us from <strong>18:30<\/strong> to <strong>20:00<\/strong>. Rick&#8217;s Caf\u00e9 also offers other pub games like billard and dart, if bowling is not your cup of tea (website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ricks-kiel.de\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.ricks-kiel.de<\/a>, in German only).<\/p>\n<h2>Visit at REALEYES<\/h2>\n<p>On Wednesday afternoon we will attend a guided tour at <strong>REALEYES<\/strong>, a local company producing innovative glasses-free 3D displays (website <a href=\"http:\/\/real-eyes.eu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">real-eyes.eu\/en\/<\/a>).<br \/>We will meet at <strong>14:00<\/strong> at the multimedia lab (Hermann-Rodewald-Str. 3) for transfer.<\/p>\n<h2>Conference Dinner<\/h2>\n<p>On Wednesday evening we will go to Laboe, approximately 10 km northeast of Kiel right on the Baltic Sea coast.<br \/> There we will join for dinner at the scenic beach restaurant <strong>El Meson Playa<\/strong> (website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmesonplaya.de\/?page_id=5\" target=\"_blank\">www.elmesonplaya.de<\/a>, in German only).<\/p>\n<p>We have organized a bus shuttle for transportation from REALEYES to Laboe and back to the Maritim hotel after the dinner.
