Special guest accounts for the local CAUx network can be given to the participants on request if needed. For transfer between Hamburg airport and Kiel main station use the <strong>Kielius bus shuttle<\/strong> (departure at Hamburg airport at stop B in front of the terminals). Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver.<br \/>\nFor time tables, ticket prices, and further information see the Kielius website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bahn.de\/autokraft\/view\/angebot\/kielius_en\/kielius-ueb-eng.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">www.bahn.de\/autokraft\/view\/angebot\/kielius_en\/kielius-ueb-eng.shtml<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Local Traffic Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can use the <strong>KVG bus lines<\/strong> to get to the lower campus of Kiel University (exit at stop \u201cLeibnizsta\u00dfe\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Students accommodated at Maritim Hotel can enter at bus stop \u201cRoonstra\u00dfe\u201d which is within 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There are different options to get to Leibnizstra\u00dfe 1 from there:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take line 41 (direction \u201cTannenberg\u201d), at stop \u201cSteenbeker Weg\u201d transfer to line 62 (direction \u201cSchiefe Horn\u201d), exit at stop \u201cLeibnizstra\u00dfe\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Take line 42 (direction \u201cRungholtplatz\u201d), at stop \u201cTorfende\u201d transfer to line 61 (direction \u201cAalborgring\u201d), exit at stop \u201cLeibnizstra\u00dfe\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The tour takes about 20 minutes by bus. We recommend to take line 41 at 8:31 to arrive at seminar building LS1 until 9:00.<\/p>\n<p>From LS1 you can get to the upper campus, where the cafeteria and the multimedia lab are located, with most bus lines departing from stop \u201cLeibnizstra\u00dfe\u201d (6, 61, 81) in less than 5 minutes. Exit at stop \u201cUniversit\u00e4t\u201d in front of the tower building.<\/p>\n<p>The main train station (bus stop \u201cHauptbahnhof\u201d) and the university are connected directly by a number of bus lines (50, 60S, 61\/62, 81, 91) in less than 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>See also the KVG website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kvg-kiel.de\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.kvg-kiel.de\/en<\/a> for timetables and route maps. The standard price for a one-way ticket is 2,60 \u20ac incl. transfer).<\/p>\n<p>Since the bus route from Maritim hotel to Leibnizstra\u00dfe 1 is a bit unfavorable, you could also take a taxi in groups of 3\u20138 instead (ca. 12\u201318 \u20ac) which takes about 12 minutes.
